Cisco Call Manager and Unity training

Does anyone know where I can find some online or CBT training for the Cisco Call manager and Unity products? My Cisco rep tells me that he is not really sure about training and that most of the engineers he works with barely know the Call Manager?!!! UGH

SO please help me out here if you can.

are two of the best ones. There are others however. They offer on line as well as instructor based courses. Check them out and see what you like and what is offered on line or locally.

They are not cheap by no means and they are usually a full week per class with hands on training and manuals.

If you are looking for free training u r better off just buying a CISCO press book and reading it on your own.
