I know that the Call Manager 4.1 have Intercom feature to boardcast a message to all the people who has IP phones in the building. The problem is how do I set this up, any help? Thanks.

it does not. you need third party product.
Look into IPcelerate, Berbee among others.

I'm looking at the Cisco Callmanager 4.1 Data Sheet and under summary of user Features, it said "Autoanswer and intercom" is that different from being able to boardcast a message to all the phone speaker like "Like there is a fire please get out of the building or something like that?" Thanks.

it is auto answer/intercom to a single device. You cannot braodcast to all phones without a third party product.

Are all these phones in your current LAN? Yes it is possible, although call manager does not have this feature you can send multicast streams to the individual phones, if you know their ip addresses.

Yes, all the phones are in my current LAN. What do I need to do to setup for multicast streams and will it allow me to sent it to like 100 phones at the same time? Thank you.

Yes you can. Did you enable RTPC on all the phones through call manager? You will need to setup a user on your call manager server, with CTI control over all the phones.

Do you have a webserver you can use? The push2phone.asp application from the SDK has all the scripts. You can then create a service using your web server on your ip phone to enable you to broadcast to all phones.

Did you download the sdk from cisco?
