I am new in the call manager.
We have a Cisco Business Edition 3000 and having issue on call-back from call history.
When we tried to call-back from any incoming call history, it will give always same internal extension number to call.
Say Caller ID 0412 345 678 called me and I could not answer so I want to call back him from call history but when I select 04123 345 678 from call history and the system dial ext 2011 instead. Where can I check?
I have web admin access.
Software installed Active Version: 8.6.4.10000-15
Desk phones: CP-8945
