cisco awitch 2900 crash after power error

Hello there,

i've got an cisco switch 2900 that broke down after an power error.

i've checked if something was burned, but i do not see burned places.

somebody told me that, if an power error broke the switch, that i should check the resistor first.

but how can you see if the reisitor is damaged?

when i put the power cable in the switch, the switch respondes with an very high sound

has somebody fixed an cisco switch in such situation, or maybe can give me some advice.

Nobody fixes these things nowadays , if you have maintenance then RMA the thing back to Cisco if not it's time belly up for a new switch . I'm not sure if the 2900's had a lifetime warranty or not on them .
