cisco avaya tie up Ds1 busy disconnect?

good day..

my cisco phone cant detect if avaya phone is in use even though i disable avaya incoming call and vice versa

pls. help

what kind of signaling are u using between de devices? what kind of gateway are u using to connect the CCM to the Avaya?

If its being trunked via PRI. Are you using an H.323 gateway or MGCP? You need to make sure progress indicators are in place on the H.323 gateway. Hoping this is what you're asking.

Can the DCP handset call the cisco phone?
