Cisco ATA (SPA122) not registering

I've deployed an spa 122 before but this one is acting differently today- or maybe i did something special but forgot what it was!

I'm getting this in trace: (Running R9 Server edition)

I think the problem lies with the italicised section, as it's trying to go via nothing.

It's on TCP at the moment as i was seeing if that made a difference.

i cant find the field that i would have to fill out to not get 0's

any ideas?
