Cisco ATA MD110 bc12

Hi,
I'm trying to attach one cisco ATA186 to a MD110 (BC12) in order to setup a fax via IP.
The problem is that the gatekeeper(ELU32) does not respond the GRQ send from the ATA.

Any idea?

by standard the md110 doesn't support non ericsson ip devices, however I know E/// made a patch to accept the ATA186. what service pack is loaded in the PBX?
