Hi All

Any help on this would be great.

Lets say I SSH onto my call manager and I am at the command line is there a way of getting on to the Linux shell from there if not how would I if I wanted to go back to the Shell so I can look at Directories...

Many Thanks.

The Linux shell is pretty locked down. Only Cisco TAC can get into the shell.

Cisco has made the Linux version a true appliance with the OS locked down to all others than CISCO TAC as pndscm already mentioned.
That said there is ways for everything if you are an expert with Linux (not me).
