Hello. We have an NT network and 3 offices. All the servers are in the central office and the two outer offices are connected by T-1's with Cisco routers.
Everything was running fine, and last week the router quit in one office. I had to unplug the router and hub in the outer office, then unplug the router in the main office to get the traffic flowing again.
Since then, it has happened 3 more times in a 5 day period, and each time, it takes more finagling to get the thing passing packets.
I have tried a new power cord, new surge protector and new outlet on each end, no change.
Unfortunately, thats all I know about routers, and I am the only IT person on staff here.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Corie
