I have a remote user who is using a Cisco ASA5505 at home to VPN. I gave them a G7945 to use and it works fine, but when they look at their call log there is nothing there. I've done this with other teleworks but set them up on IP Communicator on there PC and the call log is working. Both set ups are behind a ASA5505. Any ideas why the call log on the 7945 isn't working and the softphone does? Thanks
