Our network monitoring software is showing that the Https service is down on this device. Anyone know of anything I could do to fix this?

Cory,
How do you normally access the ASA5520? Through web access with the ASDM, or through serial access?
By "HTTPS service is down", do you mean it is not passing HTTPS traffic, or that you can't use HTTPS to access it?

Is this a new ASA that you have just set up? I am thinking that you need to enable HTTP server and assign a port number (I have mine at 8080).

In the ASDM go to Configuration -Device Management - Management Access - ASDM/HTTPS/Telnet/SSH then look at the screen to the right and down below to enble HTTP Server. Then apply your changes.
