Cisco ASA 5505 ssl vpn single sign on to OWA problem

I have a 5505 with webvpn working well. I would like to implement single sign on to outlook web access (Exchange 2003) as well as to other internal web apps. I have followed the doco at

to try to configure the HTTP Form Post method but with no luck. Has anybody got this working? The bookmark link still takes me to the login page for OWA. The cisco doco seems not quite correct, it gives a CLI method for configuring this but my unit will not accept the CLI commands, however the ASDM will let me enter the config, I am using POST parameters of start-url, action-uri, user-parameter, password-parameter, hidden-parameter (with this I have found that the only way I can enter & is by replacing with & otherwise the ASDM throws an error) and auth-cookie-name. I am using ASA 8.2(2) and ASDM 6.2(5).
