Hello,

I have the following problem. I configured an IPSec VPN tunnel on my router (ASA 5505). The users can access the internal LAN behind wihtout problem but there is no internet connection.
It's not a DNS problem since if i make a ping on the IP i get in the result windows the name corresponding that is resovled correctly. But i got no answer from the ping...
It seems from what i read on the net it could be a normal behaviore and that you have to do split tunneling? although that doesn't seem logic to me. You should be able to pass all traffic over the VPN right?

you have to have same-security-traffic permit intrainterface and then nat (outside) <sequence_number> <remote_subnet> <mask>

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

Thanks a lot for the answer. I'm going to reset it to factory and configure it back trying what you suggest and let you know the result.
