cisco AS5300 voice feature card problem

Hello,

I am using a cisco AS5300 gateway router. I am not able to initialize the VFC card. I am using the IOS = "c5300-is-mz.123-3a.bin" and vcware = "vcw-vfc-mz.c549.hc.11.32.bin". I get the following message when I do "sh vfc 1 default-file"

{File System for slot 1 not yet initialized. VFC may be in ROM Monitor Mode. Please, check. If it is not, try later.}

But when I do "sh vfc 1 board" I get the output as

{VFC board state is UP, vfc status VCWARE running(0x4)
VFC board in slot 1 with 30 dsps}

When I do "sh vfc 1 version vcware"....the output is

ROM Monitor Version: 1.3

VCWare/DSPWare version compatibility OK

So what seems to be the problem. Is my IOS and VCWARE not compatible with each other?

I have tried erasing the VFC slot, copying it from a tftp server, resetting the vfc card but I am not still able to initialize my vfc card. Because of that I am not able to unbundle the VFC slot.
