Have site with SV8500. Incoming calls come in to the PBX via PRI. If answered by a station or the voicemail and then transferred to a Cisco Call Manager station the Incoming Caller ID information is not being sent to the Cisco. If the call is answered by an NEC telephone set the Incoming Caller ID is seen. If an NEC station calls a Cisco station the Ciscpo station sees the 5 digit station number calling. So, calls come in to the NEC on PRI, are transferred to the Cisco Call Manager on a QSIG trunk. Have check ASYDL 1140 settings all appear OK. Ideas?
