Cisco Aironet Load Balancing

Maybe someone has run into this ... I would like to enable my Cisco Aironet 1200 Access Points to load balance, but I Cant figure out where that setting is configured in IOS or in the GUI configuration. Thanks in advance.

Load balancing is done with the WDS feature. It may also require the use of Cisco client adapters.

Is there any documentation on the WDS feature? I really want to get into load balancing ... 95% of my clients are Cisco cards or Cisco Certified Cards (Dell Truemobile 1300, etc).
