I need Help ASAP.

I was able to get into Hyperterm but I cannot get in using IPSU.

I am trying to change the SSID for this AP.

If I cannot get in using IPSU, can I change the SSID using Hyperterm. What are the commands:

I look up the website, and the support for this is Out of Service.

Help please.
