Cisco Aironet 1200 not accepting psk key form client

Hi all,

I have a Cisco Aironet 1200 that is not accepting the psk key from the client. We set up the router with the password we want to have the client use, and the client can see the wireless lan. When we try and connect to it, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Does this happen with only one client, but others work?

We actually found out the problem, we had encryption turned on and after we turned it off, we were able to connect to the router.
