We are using the Cisco Airespace 1020 with a 4136 WLC. We get the AP's to talk to the controller as long as they are on the same segment. If I place AP on different Subnet then it can not find the controller. We are using a Microsoft DHCP server and do not know what services to push down with the DHCP scope. Believe it is 43 and 60 but unable to get that to work. Does anyone know how to configure those services on a scope with the Microsoft DHCP server.

We are running Layer 3, I should have informed that

I think I used option 43 and possibly 60 as well, and I pointed this to the management interfaces IP address. Did you specify that?

one thing that I remember doing as well. I set the trunk port between the wlc and the switch to be the native vlan.

for example:

My management vlan is 10, so I made the trunk port to reflect vlan 10 as my native.

Try that...

I will give it a try in the Lab this morning.
Thanks!
