Cisco 8945 upgrade in progress on display

Recently rolled out 8945's for about a week now and today I received several calls that their phone is displaying upgrade in progress. There have been no changes to the CUCM over the weekend. Users say the phone operates normal with message on the display. So far online searches are fruitless. The "fix" is unplugging the device.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

What version of call manager? New phones or used/gray market and what firmware are they running? Does it match the call manager default firmware?
Do they ever progress on the upgrade or are they getting stuck?
 
CM ver 8.6.2
New phones
FW SIP 9-2-3-5
FW matched CUCM defaults

All 8945's are processing calls and video normal, 6 of them have (or had to be exact) the display message.

 
Interesting. Haven't seen that, hopefully it was just a fluke, otherwise you might be running into a firmware bug.
