Hi, I am trying to see if I can turn off the call toast that is presented on an incoming call to a specific Cisco 8841 phone running sip88xx.12-0-1SR1-1 firmware. Currently if an incoming call is presented to the phone the call toast comes up for 5 seconds but the user cannot do anything until the after the call toast disappears which is annoying for them.

They also have non-ringing line appearance which has the call toast presented which is annoying as it is not for their prime line appearance. Is this something that is configurable? Is there a work around?

I have attempted to change the 'Incoming Call Toast Timer' on the specific phone from default of 5 to 0 but it does not appear to make any difference?

Thanks

So the user is trying to do something on the phone while they are receiving an incoming call?
