cisco 837 internet AND vpn lan to lan versus checkpoint

Dear Gurus,

I have a problem with a cisco 837 router.
I need to configure it with vpn versus a checkpoint.
I know really little about router, someone can help me with a standard configuration for internet and vpn(dhcp)?
I need configure it for internet access and for vpn lan to lan with a checkpoint (for the checkpoint side there are no problems)
I found somes tools like sdm or configmaker, but I am not sure that either that that I have need.

Please help me...
