Cisco 831 Split-Tunneling

I want to disable split tunneling on a Cisco 831 router. I cannot find a command for this. Can you please come back with the command to disabling split-tunneling. Thanks in advance.

I thought split tunneling was only an option on the VPN client software on the PC.
