Cisco 805 router: Transceiver Problem message

I recently installed a Cisco 805 router and a Kentrox Satellite 651 csu/dsu. This equipment connects to a 128 K Frame Relay circuit. I was able to successfully ping and telnet across to other remote sites. However,every minute or so the following error message comes up:

02:02:29: % PQUICC-1-LOSTCARR: Unit 0, lost carrier. Transceiver problem?

Can anyone tell me what this problem relates to, and why it's appearing?

This ie telling you that there is a problem on the ethernet interface.
