Cisco 805 configuration

I need to connect our main office with out branch using a router, we bought a cisco 805 and I need some help in configuring it. Were using "192.168.0.XXX" at our main plant and they are using the same at the other end. I used "192.168.0.169" for the router in our main plant. What should I put for our WAN IP address and the IP address at our branch office? Do I have to change the IP addresses at the other end? Hope someone could help. Thanks.
