Cisco 803 setup help for new ISDN user needed

Do you have any help for setting this up. I tried the fast trac setup and it didn't work. I have ISDN.Net as a host. They have no help to give. I got a 3com setup, but it has no firewall or router functionality. Does anyone have a go by to help me get this thing moving online.... Thanks Tony B
