Hello all, I am new and after having a nose around I thought I would post a question as you all seem very helpful.
I have a second hand Cisco 800 series (model Cisco 850) which I would like to attempt to set up for my own use.
I have no instruction manual or any idea of how to gain access to it.
It came with the console cable but I have nothing to connect up to it at the other end.
Can anyone brief me, or give me a dummies guide of how to get access to even look at the config?
I created a mini network using a switch, the Cisco box and a laptop but still I couldn't see it. Can anyone give me any advise?
