Cisco 800 ISDN Router

Hi All
Im Trying to reset the ip address on a Cisco 800 router
It's come back from one of our sites and is going to another site. The problem is when I telnet to it it ask's for a username: for which i try admin but no joy it just says login invalid then I dont know what the password is

any help please on this
