Cisco 7965 won't boot.

I have a Cisco 7965 using POE with a Cisco Asa 5505.

When I plug it in to the poe port everything flashes on like normal then everything is off and the screen is blank except the speaker light is on and glowing.

I'm not sure if the phone is bricked or if there is another way to troubleshoot it. I don't have a power cube to try it with.

Sometimes i'll plug it in and the speaker light will be on but there aren't any link lights on, on the switch. WEIRD. My good friend google isn't helping me much on this problem.

Any help would be awesome.

if you are getting lights on it then you are getting power. The question is where are you trying to connect the phone to off the ASA?
