I have a call center group that is using the Cisco 7962G phone with the Plantronics Savi wireless headset. I can get the auto answer to work with the wireless headset but the call cuts through to late to hear the zip tone. Can anyone help me with this. The zip tone is coming through on wired headsets on auto answer and you can see the call come in to the headset with to flashes on the phone but the headset does not connect to the call until after the 2 beep zip tone so the agent does not have an indicator that the call is on there line. Suggestions?
