Cisco 7945G-ch1

Hi, I have a few 7945G-CH1, on the box it states, 7945G-ch1 w/1 RTU license. They look new. In the box it has an end user license agreement about warrantys, safety, Etc. My question is, Does this phone come with a license for the Call Manager and if so, How do you obtain the license. The standard 7945G in boxes does not state RTU license.

This part number includes the license but it will not be in the box. You'd get a separate pak for the license/DLU.
Now the big question, how did you acquire this phone?
