Cisco 7945 not registering after firmware update

I need help.

Just upgraded a 7945G phone from SIP firmware 8.x version to 9.x version.

Phone was working fine with SIP version 8.x but not registering after firmware upgrade. Remains in continuous "Registering" mode.

Any idea as to what might be the problem?

you mean on the phone file config or sip.conf? in sip.conf, nat=no

natEnabled is already false in the xml file.
phone works correctly with same xml file but SIP firmware 8.4.3 but doesnt work with firmware version 9x
