Hi i am upgrading few 79XX series phone to SIP firmware and unfortunately got stuck upgrading first phone. I use factory reset code on phone and it got rebooted after factory reset, it read the initial LOAD file but gave AUTH Error on screen and then reboot again. Can somebody briefly mention the steps for upgrading the phones?? or can somebody gave handmade tips for this upgrade activity? I am any Avaya Tech and wants to use CISCO phones with Avaya.
