Anyone in the forum - how are you set up for roaming? Are you using pre-shared keys between access points or CCKM or some other method?

We find that a phone does not necessarily roam from point to point, it registers with one AP and that AP hangs onto the phone until the call quality is poor or the call is dropped. I'm thinking it shouldn't work this way.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

CCKM is what needs to be deployed to enable fast roaming assumming you are using 802.1x authentication. It all depends on your wireless network and configuration.
Very little of this is done on the call manager side of things.
