Cisco 7921 Won't Stop Rebooting

I have lost a firmware on another device and when I plugged it in it at least started the USB Mode and let me reflash it using the USB Cable. This phone however gets to were it is about to start registering then reboots again. Is there any way to force it into USB Mode or reset it back to factory settings. It doesn't boot up far enough to use the softkeys.
