Cisco 7921 Hard reset

We just upgraded to 7921 for our wireless phones
I have one that is "frozen" does anyone know if there is a key combination for a hard reset on these phones?

Have you tried using the usual way? Press setting button, then **#**?

**#** just reboots the phone.
The following is for 7900 series desk phone's but as this is a cordless and we don't use them I don't know if they will work. But give them a try.

Soft Reset

Hold down # button and power up keeping the # pressed. When the MWI flashes let go of the # button and key in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 * 0 #

Hard Reset

Hold down # button and power up keeping the # pressed. When the MWI flashes let go of the # button and key in 3 4 9 1 6 7 2 8 5 0 * #

Thanks for the concern and info the device is dead in the water...... Too bad its only a couple of months in service....

To set to factory settings - Arrow Down > Settings > Select Phone Settings or 1 > Press **2 > Quickly press Yes to confirm (left soft key)

This is a known solution. Tested and Verified.
