Cisco 7905 Phone

We are having a problem with some 7905's failing to register after several days of being registered. We have RMA'd about 25 phones so far. We have several hundred in the field that are fine. Cisco TAC says its the phones. Is anyone else having these issues with the 7905? What have you done to correct the problem?
