After sending a new configuration (txt) file via hyperterminal, the router is in an endless loop and booting continuously. Is there any chance to reset the router by jumper connection or anything else? Or should I burn the flash prom completely new?

HHMMM the way to default the router would be to type in
set default at the prompt. If your router is in a loop im not sure. Jeter@LasVegas.com
