Cisco 761 router profiles

I have a problem using profiles on the Cisco 761.
I have 5 profiles enabled, 3 are for dial in only. The last profile I added is for dial out only.
After a reboot, I can access the router from all of the remote locations. However, when I dial out (successfully), I can no longer access the router from one of the remote locations (ie the call is accepted, but there are no replies to pings). If I reboot the router, alls OK until I use the dial out profile again.
I know this is an old router, but I have a retail customer with 500 installed!! Any help will be appreciated.
