Cisco 7206 NPE-G2 throughput?

Does anyone know what kind of through put I can get on a Cisco 7206 with a NPE-G2 routing engine?

I know 2 Mil packets per min but how much is that in MBs?

Can I actually max out the 3 built-in GigE interfaces and still be ok?
