Cisco 7200 - Configure a VPN Client Banner

I have a Cisco 7200 acting as a VPN concentrator for client connections. I have everything setup and it is working but I have a requirement to display a banner at logon for VPN clients. I have this working with clients that connect through my Cisco 3000 but I need the same functionality on the 7200.

On Cisco 3000 it is under:

Configuration > User Mgt. > Group > Client Config > Common Client Parameters > Banner
This is the banner that is displayed once the user authenticates using the Cisco VPN client.

Is this possible and if so how do I get it done?
