Cisco 675, allowing http over port 4443

any one know the command to allow http over port 4443, or even allowing all ports to be open to Http or Https? I am trying to get to this site
and on my Firewall I allowed all ports on http and https. I called the ISP service to make sure that they are not blocking anything, and their not. So the only possible explantion is the DSL Router the cisco 675. Anyone have any guidance for a weary systems admin?
