Cisco 3750 failure

I have a Cisco Catalyst 3750 switch an I'm having problems with it as soon as power is connected and turned on the switch doesn't go into POST but as soon as the switch is turned on the SYST light stays on green (no flashing) and nothing else happens at all. Does anyone know why this happen?

plug into the console port and watch it boot, usually it will tell you what the issue is . More than likely it will need to be RMA'd.

Thank you vipergg but nothing is showing. I connect the console cable and when i connect the power cable to the switch nothing shows in the screen.

Coonect your console cable to a switch that boots up fine and check what you see...
