Cisco 3750 and IAS

I installed IAS on a in 2003 standard edition server. I looked through the forums and set my config to the one's shown in the examples:

(this is my test lab)

aaa newmodel
aaa radius-server 10.10.10.4
aaa radius-server key rick
aaa authentication default group radius local

than I set the login for my vty to default.

I see in the event logs that I am hitting the IAS, but I keep getting a user unknown/or bad PW. I verified it was the right account.

On the IAS server side, I set the following:

Radius clients with the shared key rick,
IP of the switch
vendor cisco

properties:

policy condition:

nas port-type machine ethernet
windows group matches domain\cisco_radius (my group)

Advance:

server-type radius-standard login
login-service radius-standard telnet
vendor specific cisco


encryption:

I have all checked

authentication:

ms-chap v2
ms-chap

If you can advice me I would really appreciate it.
