Has anyone experienced output queue drops on ATM VC's after installing this type router/ios?

Cisco Router: 3725 ios: c3725-is-mz.122-15.t2 module: ATM DS3 Number of PVC's:4

Queueing strategy: FIFO (Buffers are clean) Traffic peak - 6.5m on a 20m pipe.
