Cisco 3005 Concentrator VPN Client

We have just installed a cisco 3005 VPN concentrator. Im having difficulty configuring the VPN client (v4.01) on one of our user's remote PCs. They are using a dial up connection, so under the "dial up" tab of the "create new VPN Connection entry" I need to select the "phone book entry" for the users ISP. However, there are no entries in the phonebook drop down box. Therefore when I click "connect", the error message "cannot connect to ISP" appears.

Any advice would be appreciated.
