cisco 3000 vpn concentrator routing question

Hello,
We have a cisco 3000 concentrator with over 25 LAN-LAN connections.

the remote users can access our network fine, 193.32.50.0/24

but i need the remote users to be able to have routing between them.

ie one remote user on a subnet 172.16.1.0/24 have access to another user on 172.17.2.0/24

i cannot work out what i need to add routing wise on the concentrator,

any help would be greatly appreciated.
