Cisco 2911 Voice GW

This is a ridiculous question but I have to ask. When I ssh to the IP of a 2911, I am prompted for a username and password before I get to router>. How do I change that username and password?

I have 3 different usernames set up for telnet and ssh but none of them work. Only the username that someone originally set up. So I have done something incorrectly with the user setup.

First off to use SSH you need use the K9 IOS version. Secondly, you need to generate the RSA key in the config.
