Cisco 2811 T-1 to Nortel CS1000

I have a Nortel CS1000 that is connecting to a Cisco CME and I have the T-1 up in the Nortel system and can loop it back to the equipment. I cannot figure out why the Cisco T-1 will not come up. Any ideas? I tried to paste my config but no luck.
