Cisco 2800 Switch

Hi All,

I recently purchased a Cisco 2800 Switch (Model #WS-C2802) on E-Bay real cheap. It works great on one of my networks.My problem is that it has a password assigned to it and I don't know how to reset the password.I tried calling Cisco, but they said it is out of warranty and therefore refuse to give me the factory password.My question is this, does anyone know of a method to reset the password on this unit or any possible way to get the factory password for it? Oh BTW there is no Mode Button on this model.

That is a great pub, but his issue is that he is using a pre 1.10 version which has no Mode switch. If TAC wouldn't help, then I'm not sure where you can turn.
